Tell me something not many people know about Piece Hall Summer Series.
While many now know The Piece Hall as an iconic music venue, fewer realise the massive undertaking that enabled these events. The venue underwent a substantial £19 million conservation and transformation programme, meticulously restoring its Georgian glory and introducing modern facilities. Re-opening in 2017, this extensive project made it viable for hosting large-scale concerts like the Summer Series. Without this significant investment and careful planning, the incredible music experiences we enjoy today simply wouldn’t be possible within its historic walls.
